Cancellation Policy

Effective: March 2026

We understand that life can be unpredictable. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our team, who reserve time specifically for your appointment.

48-Hour Notice Required

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time to another client.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • 48+ hours notice: No charge. You may reschedule or cancel at no cost.
  • 24–48 hours notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost may apply.
  • Less than 24 hours notice or no-show: The full treatment cost may be charged. This covers the time reserved by your practitioner.

Running Late

If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, however your treatment time may be shortened to avoid inconveniencing other clients. The full treatment cost will still apply.

Illness and Emergencies

We understand that genuine emergencies and illness happen. Please contact us as soon as possible in these circumstances and we will work with you to find a suitable solution. We ask that you do not attend the clinic if you are unwell, as this protects both our clients and team.

Deposits

Some treatments may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if sufficient notice is given.
